Situated on the most eastern point of mainland Australia, and just a few hours from the Queensland border, Byron Bay is in one of the nations best spots.

Just north enough to experience some real tropical flora and fauna, and not too high to become a victim of overbearing heat, the word paradise is often used to describe the coastal town.

What started out as a little hippie community in the early 60s and 70s soon moved on to be one of the secret hot spots for those who knew about it.

It comes as no surprise that the Byron Bay was soon to be found out by the larger public, whose love for the place has made it one of the most popular holiday destinations, not just in the Australia, but in the world.

The town is set in a pleasant, grassy area just off the main beach, with just enough to please everyone.
